Successful retrograde procedure during a right coronary artery chronic total occlusion percutaneous coronary intervention
Picture illustrating a successful retrograde procedure during a right coronary artery chronic total occlusion percutaneous coronary intervention. The retrograde wire enters the left main coronary artery into the proximal left anterior descending artery (A), then into the septal branch (B) to the right posterior descending artery (C) retrograde into the proximal right coronary artery and the antegrade guide (D). At this point, we have full control of the vessel for angioplasty and stent deployment.
