Axial T2-weighted (A), axial T1-weighted contrast-enhanced (B), and coronal T2-weighted (C) magnetic resonance brain images show a solid and cystic heterogeneously enhancing supratentorial mass (circles) with rightward midline shift. At the time of resection, pathology confirmed a supratentorial ZFTA-fused ependymoma.
