(A) Initial extensive skin undermining.
(B) Excision of the lesion from subcutaneous tissue to pectoralis fascia.
(C) Reapproximation and suturing of the gland.
(D) A skin crescent is deepithelialized opposite to the lumpectomy bed in the upper outer quadrant.
(E) The NAC is recentralized to avoid NAC deviation post-lumpectomy.
