(A) Axial computed tomography (CT) scan shows the displaced right apical segmental bronchus (arrow) originating from the trachea, superior to the origin of the anatomic right upper lobe bronchus, consistent with a tracheal bronchus.
(B) Coronal reformation shows the displaced right apical segmental bronchus (dashed arrow) originating from the trachea, superior to the origin of the anatomic right upper lobe bronchus. Incidental note is made of right apical pleuro-parenchymal scarring due to prior granulomatous disease.
