Right lower lobe atelectasis

(A) Axial computed tomography (CT) thorax shows cardiomediastinal deviation to the right and compensatory hyperexpansion of the left lower lobe which displays cylindrical bronchiectases.
(B) Coronal multiplanar reformatting in the same patient shows marked loss of volume in the right lower lobe and displacement of the right major fissure caudad as well as lateral pericicatriceal emphysema.
