Combined right upper and right middle lobe atelectasis

Computed tomography of the thorax in a patient with lung cancer shows the combined right upper and right middle lobe atelectasis with ipsilateral cardiomediastinal shift, hyperexpanded left lung, and elevation of the right hemidiaphragm.
