Removal of seborrheic keratosis by gentle curettage and electrodesiccation
(A) A seborrheic keratosis, prior to intervention. (B) Seborrheic keratosis after anesthesia with 1% lidocaine and gentle electrodessication of the surface only. (C) Using a nondisposable, blunt curette, the seborrheic keratosis is gently removed, with care to minimize trauma to the underlying dermis.
