Vitamin A Up to 10,000 international units/day or 25,000 international units/week for minimum of 12 weeks until delivery
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 1.4 mg daily
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.4 mg daily
Vitamin B3 (niacin) 18 mg daily
Vitamin B6 1.9 mg daily
Vitamin B12 2.6 micrograms daily
Vitamin C 55 mg daily
Calcium 1.5 to 2 g daily of elemental calcium where intake is low
Copper 1.15 mg daily
Vitamin D 5 micrograms daily
Folic acid 400 to 600 micrograms daily or 2.8 mg weekly
Iodine 250 micrograms daily
Iron (elemental) 30 to 60 mg daily or 120 mg weekly
Selenium 30 micrograms daily
Zinc 10 mg daily
