Veno-lymphatic malformation near the parotid gland

Left lower face/upper neck mass present for 20 years, fluctuating in size (swelling with "stress" or with bending over). CT scan suggested small stones. Ultrasound revealed mass distinct from salivary gland with phleboliths. MRI confirmed masticator space (extra-parotid) vascular malformation.
