Extrapleural hematoma

Axial computed tomography (CT) scan (A) and coronal reformation (B) show an extrapleural hematoma as a large right posterolateral mass with a liquid-liquid level typical of a hemorrhage (arrow), displacing the extrapleural fat and endothoracic fascia medially towards the lung (arrowhead) and leading to partial compressive atelectasis of the right lower lobe (dashed arrow).
