Coccidioidomycosis with miliary, hematogenous dissemination

Axial computed tomography (CT) scan in a patient with coccidioidomycosis shows multiple random small nodules with a miliary pattern characteristic for hematogenous dissemination. The small nodules have a diffuse distribution and can be seen along the interlobar fissures and pleural surface.
