Fallen lung sign

Chest radiograph obtained in a 30-year-old man after the initial trauma presentation. The radiograph shows a right-sided pneumothorax, associated rib fractures, and mediastinal emphysema, with the collapsed lung on the right in the dependent position (ie, the "fallen" lung sign).
