Bilirubin thresholds for preterm infants less than 35 weeks gestation for phototherapy and exchange transfusion

Operational total serum/plasma bilirubin thresholds for preterm infants. Administer serum bilirubin test every 12 to 24 hours until levels decline below consideration for phototherapy.
