Preoperative review of an abdominopelvic CT scan of a patient with RPS that demonstrates a large right-sided liposarcoma with well differentiated and dedifferentiated components. The tumor appears to displace and involve the inferior vena cava (A, B, C; thick arrows, bracket), right kidney (D), psoas muscle (D), and possibly the duodenum (A, B; dashed ovals). Complete resection may necessitate resection of all of these critical organs and structures, including pancreaticoduodenectomy.
