(B) Proliferation of spindle cells in the dermis below an acanthotic epidermis.
(C) The spindle cells infiltrate minimally among adipocytes with pushing interface.
(D) Strong positivity for SMA.
(E) The cells stain moderately positive for calponin.
(F) The cells stain moderately positive for factor XIIIa.
(G) Nodules along the surgical scar consistent with recurrence.
