Mounier-Kuhn syndrome with tracheomegaly and central bronchiectases
Frontal chest radiograph shows a dilated trachea with a transverse dimension of 37 mm (arrow) as well as dilated central bronchi with wall thickening (central bronchiectasis). Incidental note is made of calcified parietal pleural plaques superimposed on the lungs.
