Neuroimaging of preterm infant (gestational age 25 weeks) with grade 3 cerebellar hemorrhage (CBH) detected by ultrasound at fourth postnatal day with follow-up by magnetic resonance imagine (MRI) at term equivalent demonstrating the chronic finding of atrophy.
