Ultrasound in a preterm infant (gestational age 24 weeks) with unilateral grade 3 CBH (arrows) and bilateral grade 3 GM-IVH (arrowheads). Coronal anterior (A), right parasagittal anterior (B), left coronal mastoid (C), and right coronal mastoid (D) fontanel views demonstrate CBH as an area of increased echogenicity involving more than one-third of the right cerebellar hemisphere.
