Neonatal testicular torsion and contralateral hydrocele

(A) Right testicular torsion in a newborn male, presenting with right-sided firm testicle with overlying skin erythema. There was a left-sided hydrocele.
(B) Exploration through a right scrotal incision confirmed a torsed, necrotic right testicle.
