Ureteropelvic junction obstruction; drainage of urine from dilated renal pelvis

Video showing robotic pyeloplasty of a left UPJ obstruction due to intrinsic narrowing in a 5-month-old infant. The robotic scissors on the right of the screen have just been used to open the obstructed renal pelvis. The next step will be to resect the abnormal intrinsic narrowing and reanastomose the normal ureter to the renal pelvis.
