Ureteropelvic junction obstruction due to a crossing vessel

Video showing robotic pyeloplasty of a UPJ obstruction due to external compression from a crossing vessel in an 8-year-old child. The UPJ will be dismembered and repositioned anatomically above the blood vessel, thus preventing recurrent obstruction.
