Corner stretch for chest and shoulders
To perform the corner stretch, stand in the corner with your arms in a 90-90 position (shoulders at 90 degrees of abduction and elbows flexed to 90 degrees) and each forearm braced against adjacent walls. Move one foot forward and gently lean forward until you feel a stretch in your chest and shoulders. In general, this stretch is held for 30 seconds. Release the pressure for 5 to 10 seconds and repeat with the opposite foot forward.
