Posttraumatic brachial plexus injury and superficial siderosis

43-year-old man with a history of brachial plexus injury 27 years prior presented with a 1-year history of imbalance. Brain MRI showed evidence of SS and cervical spine MRI showed right C8 and T1 pseudomeningoceles, which were successfully repaired.
