Prostate adenocarcinoma with positive immunohistochemical staining for NKX3.1

Prostatic adenocarcinoma cells (arrows) show strong nuclear staining for NKX3.1. In the large benign prostatic glands (arrowheads), secretory cells also show strong nuclear staining for NKX3.1 and some benign basal cells also show weaker nuclear staining.
