Detailed data from autotitrating positive airway pressure device

This graphic shows the individual events over a single night of autotitrating positive airway pressure (APAP) use. The mask leak is predominantly under the set threshold and thus, is not responsible for the events. The 95% pressure required to control events is 15.8 cm H₂O which is close to the maximal set pressure of 16 cm H₂O. While the overall AHI is acceptable this night (2.1/hour), increasing both the minimal and maximal set pressures may improve comfort and effectiveness for the patient.
