NAP5 "ABCDE" checklist (termed AC-WHO) to help ensure continuous delivery of anesthetic, to be used by the anesthesia team after induction, after the World Health Organization (WHO) timeout, and during each transition to another location (eg, from an induction area to the operating room or from the operating room to a radiologic suite).
