Optic disc edema associated with peripapillary retinal nerve fiber thickening in a patient with MOGAD
During the first attack of bilateral optic neuritis in a patient with MOGAD, there is evidence of optic disc edema involving the right eye (A1) and left eye (A2) on fundus photographs and thickening of the pRNFL on optical coherence tomography (B), as illustrated by the average pRNFL thickness (shaded in white) of 168 micrometers in the right eye (termed OD) and 185 micrometers in left eye (termed OS).
