Atrial fibrillation with left bundle branch block

Atrial fibrillation with LBBB. Rhythm strip shows an irregularly irregular rhythm. Discrete P waves are not seen, and there is fibrillatory atrial activity. The QRS duration is approximately 120 ms, and a complete LBBB is seen with a QS complex in lead V1.
