AF with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. 12-lead ECG showing AF with preexcitation. There is an irregular, wide-complex tachycardia, with many QRS complexes showing a slurred upstroke (delta wave). At times, the ventricular rate can be as high as 300 bpm.
