(A) A traumatic neuroma in the transverse view just lateral to the carotid (arrows). The appearance is concerning for a metastatic lymph node.
(B) Visualization of the lesion in the sagittal view demonstrates the nerve exiting (arrows) and leaving the neuroma (thick arrow).
