Micronodular thymoma with lymphoid stroma and extensive cystic change. Cellular nodules and strands are in a dense lymphoid background that contains lymphoid follicles with germinal centers (arrows). Variable sized cystic spaces are noted within the thymoma. H&E, magnification × 20.
