Enteric adenocarcinoma

This adenocarcinoma is characterized by columnar cells lining fibrovascular cores growing in a papillary architecture. The tumors cells express CDX2 and CK20 and are negative for CK7. H&E, magnification × 100.

CDX2: caudal-type homeobox 2; CK20: cytokeratin 20; CK7: cytokeratin 7; H&E: hematoxylin and eosin.
