Structural MRI and DAT scans in DLB

(A) On coronal T1-weighted MRIs, there is reduced volume of hippocampus and parahippocampal gyri (rectangles) in the patient with AD compared with NC and a patient with DLB.

(B) On the ¹²³iodine FP-CIT SPECT (DAT) images, there is reduced striatal uptake in DLB compared with both AD and NC.
