* Concerning clinical features include asymmetric growth, unexplained bleeding, or symptoms of itching or pain. Concerning dermoscopic features include focal pattern changes and asymmetric changes.
¶ Lesions that remain asymptomatic and without the development of concerning clinical and dermoscopic features after 3 years can be followed annually.
