Neuroimaging features of brachial plexus desmoid tumor

Neuroimaging features of brachial plexus desmoid tumor
Eighteen-year-old with progressive pain and left arm weakness. (A) Coronal fat-saturated T2-weighted, (B) coronal T1-weighted, and postcontrast fat-saturated T1-weighted MRIs in coronal (C) and transverse axial (D) planes show an intensely enhancing soft tissue mass (asterisks) within trunks and divisions of the left brachial plexus. Normal terminal branches of the left brachial plexus and axillary artery are indicated by arrows. Pathology after resection showed a primary plexal desmoid tumor.
MRI: magnetic resonance imaging.
