Unilateral whole lung atelectasis in a newborn infant due to obstruction of a mainstem bronchus

(A) Seven-day-old infant with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, status interatrial septal stent, and pulmonary artery banding with atelectasis of entire left lung.
(B) Same infant, after mucus plug was removed from the left main bronchus using flexible bronchoscopy.
