Phenotype of patients with porokeratosis plantaris palmaris et disseminata. Lesions on (A) the back of the right foot and (B,C,D) plantar lesions. Lesions on (E) the left palm and on (F) the proximal fingers. Disseminated, porokeratotic lesions on (G,H) the ventral trunk and on (I) the legs.
