CT: computed tomography; WOPN: walled-off pancreatic necrosis; ANC: acute necrotic collection.
* Infected necrosis is diagnosed microbiologically by needle aspiration or radiologically by the presence of gas bubbles in the collection. Severe symptoms of a sterile necrosis include intestinal or biliary obstruction, worsening organ system failure, and persistent unwellness of the patient.
¶ Endoscopic drainage requires the collection to have a mature wall that abuts the stomach or duodenum.آیا می خواهید مدیلیب را به صفحه اصلی خود اضافه کنید؟
