Management of hypertrophic scars

* Conservative therapies include:

Corticosteroid tape/plaster (preferred)
Intralesional corticosteroids
Topical corticosteroids
Compression therapy
Gel sheets
Scar fixation with tape

¶ Postoperative adjuvant therapies include:

Intralesional corticosteroids (preferred)
Intralesional fluorouracil or bleomycin
