Left anterior fascicular block

Electrocardiogram showing left anterior fascicular (hemi-)block. Sinus rhythm is present with marked left axis deviation (about –50 degrees), with normal QRS duration. Note the qR complex in aVL and the rS morphologies in II, III, and aVF. Left atrial abnormality is also noted.
