Ultrasound and Doppler study patellar tendinopathy 2

This Doppler ultrasound image shows neovascularization in the patellar tendon. The neovessels, which appear red (arrows), originate from the infrapatellar fat pad and extend from the medial to the lateral aspect of the tendon along its entire length.
