Early (<32 weeks)

Late (≥32 weeks)

AC or EFW <10^th centile for GA

AC or EFW <3rd centile for GA or UA-AEDF

AC or EFW <10^th centile

Combined with one of the following:

UtA PI >95^th centile
UA-PI >95^th centile

AC or EFW <3rd centile for GA

Any two of the following:

AC or EFW <10^th centile for GA
AC/EFW crossing centiles >2 quartiles on growth centiles
CPR <5^th centile or UA-PI >95^th centile

These criteria apply to singleton nonanomalous fetuses.
