Removal of fiberglass cast with cast saw

This brief video clip shows the major steps involved in removing a fiberglass cast. First, the cast is cut with cast saw using an "up-and-down" cutting technique, in which the saw makes a series of cast "punctures" perpendicular to the skin. Second, the cast is spread apart along the linear cut. Third, the underlying cast padding is cut with a scissors and the cast removed.
