Treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy with a balloon catheter

The position of the double balloon in a case of 6 weeks 3 days CSP.

(A) The ultrasound image of the uterus in the sagittal plane serves as a reference to the next figure.

(B) A double-balloon catheter with its inflated upper (anchor) and lower (pressure) balloons (UB and LB, respectively) exerting pressure upon the sac of the CSP.
