Fifty-two year-old female with a history of treated tuberculosis. A large aspergilloma in left lung cavity is seen with surrounding bronchiectasis and fibrosis. No left lung parenchyma is visible in this case of chronic fibrosing pulmonary aspergillosis (CFPA).
