Changes in absolute lymphocyte count with teplizumab treatment

Total lymphocyte count fell by 72.3% (interquartile range [IQR] 82.1 to 68.4%) with a nadir on day 5. The lymphopenia resolved by day 45 in all but 1 participant who returned to normal on day 105.
