Examples and classification of bronchial arborization
anomalies, based on a modification of the Wells classification described in 2 case series[1,2]. These arborization anomalies are usually
accompanied by some degree of tracheobronchial stenosis, other lower airway
anomalies, and/or great vessel anomalies including left pulmonary artery sling.
RLL: right lower lobe; RML: right middle lobe; RUL: right upper lobe.
