Posteromedial and posterolateral corners of knee

(A) The structures that reinforce the posterolateral corner are the iliotibial band, the lateral collateral ligament, the fabellofibular ligament, arcuate ligament, popliteus tendon, and the popliteofibular ligament.

(B) The structures that reinforce the posteromedial corner are the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, posterior meniscotibial ligaments, posterior oblique ligament, the semimembranosus tendon, and the oblique popliteal ligament.
