Dental changes

This shows the inside of a tooth. The left side shows a healthy tooth. The enamel and gum cover the root. The right side shows some of the problems that can lead to tooth pain. These include wearing away of enamel, an exposed root, receding gums, tooth decay, and plaque buildup.
