Sarcoidosis-associated pulmonary hypertension with relatively normal imaging findings

This graphic depicts relatively normal to minimal chest CT findings in a patient with SAPH. Pulmonary function revealed a disproportionately low DLCO relative to the FVC. Right heart catheter findings showed moderate PH.
